I think poking is a pretty annoying function to begin with. But I feel guilty if I don’t poke someone back if they initiate the poking craziness.

Also, the twelve year old inside me still giggles about poking people: “teehee, I just poked you!” *embarrassing*

Thought you would like to know that while in California, the ticket dispenser for train tickets gives $1 coins for change instead of cash. People looked at me so weird when I gave them those coins instead of cash…

Ah I see, yeah I could see where that would pose an issue. I was just thinking if I knew any of them, I’m not sure, but perhaps connect on another level. Just my thoughts. I’m in total agreement with you though, keep the blog open and blunt. This is life, I appreciate the fact you keep it so real and its YOU, not something being edited for space.

I thought about that actually… I might. It reminded me of when I first started blogging my diary around 10 years ago. Before search was big. I posted full names, and inevitably decided to go back and change them all to last initials so people would stop complaining my blog is their top result on Google, especially given how blunt/open I can be on here (old archives disabled atm)…. anyway, now I try to disconnect the blog from the people I write about. Mayyybbeee using Twitter names would be acceptable. I’ll think about it.

Yeah… I think the CC rewards would have to be a bit higher to make it worthwhile… At a 1% return, $2.50 per $250 box of coins… not worth the gas to the bank!

I think I was responsible for one of the 26 updates on one of your $2 bills.

Also, I read an article once about someone who did this with $2000 in one-dollar coins and made a profit from his credit card company, but ended up just depositing these coins to the bank, because his main goal for doing it is to get the profit.
