0Another tragic night at Club 5, but at least Emily came
0Madison fireworks, but no fireworks photos
011 months later, I'm finally getting around to posting these photos... How did I get so behind!? As usual, sadly, I'll leave little commentary in the spirit of getting caught up.

0Wait, it's already been a month!? Time has flown unbelievably quickly, even by Time's standards.
Emily and Tim at the Club?!
0Anthony’s passion and Matt’s first club experience
1Several things about the next photo: The man with the hand on Ryan's rear is quite a bit older than Ryan, not that that's wrong or anything... just interesting, I guess. But the shirtless guy, Septimiu (Septi) Teodorescu, might be one to look out for. He's known to punch guys in the face based on hearsay (known as in I know this from personal experience; I was his victim).
Preclub again with Justin and friends
0Brat fest, Wisconsin people amazing
1I first heard from Carol Kiekhaefer, my new ( mentor | teacher | employer ). She described its origins in some detail. Then I heard from Anthony, and then from Tim. Several others also told me about it. I had to see this thing. So today, I went.

0Two years at the Herald down. Wow.
0Here's the pics for now. I'll hopefully type something later.

0Sorry these photos are mostly terrible. I've been using my Panasonic FX-100 a lot lately because it's so much smaller than my D200. Anyway, I'll maybe write captions and such later. But for now, here's the pictures:

0So, we got a lot of snow on Wednesday. I went to work and school, but it was an adventure. UW stayed open until 3:30 p.m., when Provost Patrick Farrell made an announcement was made canceling classes. I especially loved how Madison Metro was stopping service early, but no UW faculty could leave early without using a sick day. Come on, UW. Wednesday was just a series of bad decisions.
